- Description:
- The project consists of creating a drawer track (two-way service road) on the Route de Chancy, Bandol stop sector, in order to allow the trams of future line 13 to turn around and optimize the operation of the TPG network. This infrastructure, inserted between the two existing commercial routes, requires the installation of three track switches, local modification of the tram platform and adaptation of the overhead contact line. The project also provides for the dismantling of the current siding and its transformation into a planted berm, allowing the transplantation of 7 trees impacted by the new infrastructure. The geometry of the berm has been designed to guarantee compatibility with bus traffic. et tramway, ainsi que les besoins des arbres transplantés. A watering system will be adapted and extended to ensure the sustainability of the plantations. The phasing is designed to limit the impact on traffic: maintenance of motorized, cycle and pedestrian traffic, occasional cuts to tram traffic with the implementation of replacement shuttles.
