- Since September 2007, Swissgrid has been using Salesforce to centrally manage its customer groups and stakeholders. The environment has since evolved from an isolated application to a central, integral platform that acts as a key data hub and master data source for various specialist applications. The platform also supports operational processes via specific portals and ensures cooperative and efficient collaboration with external partners. Swissgrid is looking for competent, experienced people and reliable providers who are able to provide comprehensive 2nd and 3rd level support in German for the current solution, to support Swissgrid in a timely manner in analyzing and resolving faults and to provide advice and support to undertake development services.
