Description:
The municipality of Niederglatt is carrying out a planner selection procedure for the services BKP 291.1 construction management / construction management for the Rietlen school complex project, Niederglatt ZH. The contract includes SIA sub-phases 32 to 53 for the new construction of the Rietlen school complex with the dismantling of the existing Rietlen wings 5 and 6.
The appointed body takes over the overall management (leadership) from phase 32 onwards, the scheduling, cost and quality control, the local construction management, the coordination of the entire planning team and the contractors, the construction administration, the organization of the acceptance tests, the support commissioning and support during the warranty phase. The services in connection with the temporary school rooms for 2025 and 2026-2029 are not part of the order.
