Description:
As part of the school room project, the district school is aiming for an upgrading, conversion or new use of the existing school buildings with additional expansion/increase/new construction. In addition, there is the renovation and upgrading of the inventory in compliance with the building law requirements. For the school room project the optimized area requirement for the newly desired 34 units) is approx. 8,300 m2 with approx. 750 users. It is important to exploit the given space and create spatial synergies. For the district school, a holistic and uniform solution for the school area is to find a school with the guiding principle. A multi -surface requirement of +/1,000m2 must be solved to the preliminary inventory. The task consists of 3 partial aspects: • Refurbishment of the KSM II and KSM III inventory. KSMI was extensively renovated in 2017, including renewal of the facade, which is made up of sustainability and political reasons should be preserved integrally. The gym is not part of the project. • Conversion and expansion of the entire school system with the abolition of KSM IV provisional) by approx. 1,000 m2 of usable space. • Development and creation of a uniform occurrence of the school resp.
