• Selection of Project Management Assistance (AMO): Project for the construction of a building for the preservation of the archives (NAB) of the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG) Selection of Project Management Advisory services (PMA) (Assistance to Project Management Mastery ENGLISHThe United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders that it intends to launch for the provision of Project Management Assistance (AMO) services. Services required concern the provision of technical support for the management of the programming, design and construction of a building specially designed for the conservation of archives managed by UNOG on part of a plot located within the grounds of the Palais des Nations complex. The ultimate goal of this project is to create a purpose-built, ISO-compliant archiving center for physical and electronic archives maintained by the UN in Geneva. This installation must include at least least 21 linear kilometers of storage space (4000-6000 m²), 600 m² for storage of other types of collections, including the UN Geneva art collection and 300 m² of technical spaces, such as scanning and conservation, a digital preservation center and an unloading dock. The final building must be robust and durable, throughout its life cycle, compliant with standards (ISO 11799:2024). The design and construction processes of this buildings will therefore have to integrate aspects of sustainability, particularly with regard to the environment and the responsible exploitation of resources.
