- Seniors- Christmas is an event that has existed for more than 30 years in Meyrin. Formerly a simple snack offered, it has transformed into a festive meal over the past twenty years. Currently, it is organized over 3 days, Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday noon. All people of AVS age are invited to participate by receiving an invitation at home in early fall. Each day brings together between 350 and 500 guests. The party consists of a free aperitif and festive meal, served at the table (8 people per table) in the foyers of the Forum Meyrin building, in general. The mayor and a representative of one of the invited churches welcome them with an official speech. Musical entertainment completes the party, offering guests the opportunity to dance after the meal. The City of Meyrin is organizing this call for tenders in order to find a service provider who can carry out these tasks. A framework contract will be concluded for a period of five years with the successful bidder. The services will be carried out on the basis of the annual order, established by the town of Meyrin based on the number of participants. Each year, quantities and requirements will be specified, with no minimum volume obligation. The general conditions (price, deadlines, quality) set by this contract will apply to all orders placed during its duration.
