- As part of the modernization of the Appenzeller Bahnen (AB), a new service center (SZ) is to be built. In the new service center, a track for the car wash and three tracks for the maintenance of the rolling material with a mechani workshop and office and storage rooms are created in the new service center. In the infrastructure building (INF), an electric workshop, a locksmith, pallet and small part warehouse, vehicle setting and parking as well as cloakroom, residence and office space are accommodated. In an additional building, the outbuilding (NEB), there are the cold room for material and vehicles, the disposal, the transformer and rectifier station and a sand silo. For the specialist services road and driving management, an outdoor warehouse in the area of the parking track is also provided.
