Description:
Objectives of the procurement project SBB is purchasing a shift planning tool to replace the existing shift planning tool (SP-X), which is outdated. The new tool will be used in the various divisions and areas of SBB can and must be able to issue shift planning in different planning horizons (including implementation and follow-up) so that everyone receiving the planning knows when and where they have to work and (if necessary) what activity has to be done. With the With the new tool, the hours and services provided should be billed correctly and various evaluations should be carried out. Users must be able to work in the three national languages German, French and Italian. Object of procurement. It A standard product is sought as a SaaS solution that meets SBB's requirements with as few adjustments as possible. The tool is intended to create work plans per planning horizon (at least 2 years in the future, annual work plans, monthly plans and daily plans incl. On-call tours, implementation, billing and post-processing) in compliance with regulations, rules and the available employees with the necessary qualifications. It should be noted that the tool is used in different areas of SBB is used.
