Description:
The industrial services of Lausanne, hereinafter referred to as the adjudicator, appeal to submission for third-party application maintenance (TMA) covering several SAP functional systems and modules. To date, the contractor has a SAP environment on site (on-premise) Hosted by the Organization and Computer Science Service (SOI) of the City of Lausanne. This environment includes both technical components such as SAP Basis and functional modules, including SAP CRM or FI / CO. Tenderers will have to show proven expertise on SAP, including the mastery of recent features and innovations in the field. They will also have to offer a relevant operational model, aligned with the maintenance requirements of the adjudicator. Finally, tenderers are expected as proactive suppliers, forces of Proposal and capable of registering their approach in a logic of continuous improvement.
Realization of corrective, evolving, preventive maintenance services and projects, as well as associated transversal services (piloting, quality, etc.)
