Spital Uster AG (hereinafter "Hospital Uster" or "Award") intends to re-award the procurement of food and non-food articles as part of a public tender. The aim is to optimize the delivery conditions and to collaboration with one or more suppliers (hereinafter also "provider") in order to ensure the care of the patients efficiently and inexpensively.
