• The Canton of Zurich Building Directorate, represented by the Building Construction Office, is organizing a tender for the award of general planning services (project planning, tendering and implementation) for the staircase to the Hardbrücke from Güterstrasse in Zurich. We are looking for a team (general planning with sub-planning, also possible as an ARGE) consisting of experts for planning services in the areas of civil engineering, architecture, construction management, electrical engineering and traffic planning with experience in Planning and realization of construction projects of a similar nature in public spaces. The leadership or overall management lies with the civil engineering discipline. The general planning should ensure the project planning with a high level of architectural, structural and technical standards with organizational competence and carry out the execution of the construction project in a cost- and quality-conscious manner and on time. Additional members of the general planning team can optionally provide professional support during the planner selection process Support should be called in. Multiple applications are possible except for the civil engineering and architecture departments. All planning services must be taken into account in the fee offer for phase 2.
