- The Prison Service of the Canton of Vaud is tendering standard and thorough cleaning services for the Croisée prison, Chemin des Prés-Neufs 1, 1350 Orbe. The duration of the contract is planned from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028 with renewal tacit from year to year, but at most for 3 additional years, i.e. on 09/30/2031. The call for tenders therefore covers a total of 5 years. This mainly concerns cleaning of standard premises (offices, bathrooms, corridors, etc.) but also of medical premises of the SMPP (Prison Medicine and Psychiatry Service), i.e. places for psychiatric consultation, somatic care as well as waiting rooms. There is also provision for a thorough cleaning service, once a year for the same premises, as well as cleaning windows, shelves, ledges and frames. The prices for these 3 services must be calculated separately. The surface area of the premises to be cleaned is approximately as follows (exact data in the specifications M1): - Prison de la Croisée 2,390 m2 (approx. 134 premises) Currently, the Croisée prison is undergoing security, expansion and energy renovation projects and the premises indicated in the M1 technical specifications are the final premises which are, for the moment, not yet all operational.
