Building master work for the Step AS35 project: Mannedorf crossing station:
In this section, the Step AS 2035 offer planning provides for a quarter of an hourly time for passenger transport. On This offer cannot be handled by the existing rail infrastructure in Mannedorf (single -track system).
The existing track is left as far as possible in its current location and the substructure is renovated locally. Only In the area of the road underpass (UF) Kugelgasse, the track on a dam is slightly shifted south. For this purpose, slope protection measures with anchored concrete bars are created on micropoles.
The new track begins with a soft west of the Uf Kugelgasse, Then run on the mountain side of the existing track and end with a second switch east of the Bergstrasse level crossing.
