- In the open procedure, the State Chancellery of the Canton of St.Gallen is looking for the economically cheapest provider for the delivery of the “SG login V2” for the canton and the St.Gallen communities, which is a “identification service” (IDP Broker, Representation Test, Token enrichment) and a “authorization component” (local user profile management, company registration, representation management for NP/JP and administration). The complexity of the "Access Management" of the specialist applications should not be managed by SG-Login V2, but as has so far remained in the sovereignty of the specialist applications. The provider operates the "SG login V2" over a term of at least 5 years.
