• Description:
• It is about ensuring catering for all locations of the supplementary day structures at the Uster primary school, including supply planning, production, logistics, billing and disposal of containers. The city of Uster has been offering this since August 2008 additional school care places for kindergarten and primary school children. The Uster primary school is responsible for this offer. In the eight school units of the Uster primary school there are daily operations for 37 weeks per school year Care options with lunch catering. In addition, full-day care (holiday care) is offered during 9 holiday weeks and on around 5 school-free days. The scope of delivery of the lunch meal varies depending on the day of the week and location. Currently, an average of 700 to 900 meals are needed per day of care at 10 locations (8 school units). Demand fluctuates over the days of the week (e.g. significantly less on Wednesdays). Holiday care includes the required number of meals significantly lower per day; In addition, the children sometimes cook together, so that external meals are only requested on certain days. The contract begins on August 1, 2026 and is concluded for a period of 5 years. The first Delivery will take place on August 17, 2026.
