Description:
Lot 1 includes the delivery of vegetables and fruit, e.g. potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs, sprouts, stone fruit, pome fruit, citrus fruit, exotic fruit, berries, dried fruit, nuts, fresh/processed. Lot 2 includes the delivery of frozen and dairy products, e.g. vegetables, fruit, mushroomse, ready-to-cook products (chips, croquettes, pasta), ice cream, milk, cream, butter, yoghurt, milk drinks, cheese, eggs. Deliveries to Kapo ZH: Mon-Sat between 6 a.m. and 6.30 a.m. Deliveries to StVA Kt ZH: Mon-Fri between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. The exact delivery time will be announced after the contract has been awardedg agreement with the provider (service provider). The aim of the submission is to ensure the procurement of sustainably produced, high-quality, regional products wherever possible, combined with reliable and punctual delivery and on the best possible terms, sicto manufacture. Implementation is expected to take place Dec. 23.
