- This tender will evaluate the replacement of the voice communication system (hereinafter SKS) in use today for a total of nine workstations in the operations center of the Winterthur City Police. Any minor adjustments, such as Interface adjustments and individualizations should still be possible as part of the implementation. The tendered SKS must fulfill the following purposes: It enables emergency telephony, radio communication via Polycom and business telephony for the Operations center employees. It must also be able to technically interact with the existing operations control system (hereinafter ELS) from Hexagon AB HxGN OnCall Dispatch. The necessary interfaces must be included in the offer price. Des Furthermore, highly available operation must be ensured through product redundancies. A detailed list of the requirements for all components of the system to be procured can be found in the enclosed form Eligibility and award criteria.
