- With this tender, the replacement of the language communication system (hereinafter SKS) in use today is to be evaluated for a total of nine jobs in the operations center of the Winterthur City Police. Possible minor adjustments, such as interfacial adjustments and customizations should still be possible as part of the implementation.
The SKS should meet the following purposes:
It should be the emergency call telephony, radio communication via Polycom and business telephony enable employees of the operations center. It must also be used with the existing operational system (below Els) of the Hexagon company from Hxgn Oncall Dispatch. The necessary interfaces are to be included in the offer price. Furthermore, the highly available operation must be ensured by redundancies of the product.
