- The purpose of the call for tender is to choose a talent management solution and the integrator capable of implementing it. This means more precisely: 1. Provide licenses and a maintenance contract for the solution(s) on a rental or acquisition. 2. Install the solution(s) on the City of Lausanne servers and integrate the solution(s) into the existing architecture. 3. Configure the software(s) and its modules necessary for the operation of the City. Especially, ultimately guarantee optimal use of peripheral tools thanks to interfaces. 4. Advise and carry out any specific developments for the operation of the basic solution. 5. Ensure a skills transfer service and training for the City-s key users and transmit the associated documentation. 6. Guarantee and organize data recovery. 7. Support City teams in creating interfaces and reporting. 8. Provide a contract assistance to the City for the duration of the market.
