- Description:
- The infrastructure division (GB-I) of Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe (BVB) is responsible as infrastructure operator (ISB) and holder of the infrastructure concession for BVB's fixed facilities. These include roadway, traction power, safety, low-voltage and telecommunications systems as well as public facilities and operational buildings.
Within the GB-I, the Conservation Management (EM) department takes over as owner and operator of the Rail and bus infrastructure is responsible for the maintenance and renewal of fixed facilities (excluding operational and residential buildings). basis for These tasks are a reliable, systematically collected data basis on the current condition of the roadway (tracks, switches, crossings) as well as their structured preparation, visualization and forecast.
The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework contract for two lots with one or more to conclude providers. The lots are structured as follows:
Lot 1 - Annual overall survey
This lot includes the commissioning of an annual, network-wide survey of the roadway infrastructure (tracks, switches, crossings)
Lot 2 - Specialist application (ZUPRO)
This lot includes procurement and introduction of a specialist application for condition and forecast management (ZUPRO)
