- The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide specific technical support to C-TAP Secretariat in the area of review of existing and additional incentives for technology holders to join the WHO COVID-19 Technology Access Pool (WHO C-TAP), facilitating sharing of intellectual property, data and know-how in order to promote timely and affordable access to quality assured health technologies related to vaccines, therapeutics, medical devices including diagnostics.See detailed Terms of Reference and bidding instructions under “Documents” below.Please note: it is not necessary to click on “Express Interest” on the top right-hand side of the screen.
