- After 20 years of operation, some of the building and security systems have reached the end of the service life. The electrical systems are properly maintained and in good condition. However, the following systems have reached their technical lifespan or no longer correspond to thetoday's regulations and must be replaced:
- USV systems / emergency and safety lighting (no longer according to the regulations)
- control KNX → button, dimmer, control panel, etc. no longer available
- lighting: the luminous bodies are not energy-efficient and spare parts are no longerAvailable. Hard and software no longer correspond to today's standards.Creation of the ZPK is in the company throughout the entire period of conversion.
