The subject of the tender is general planning services for the renovation of several properties belonging to the Wilderness Park Zurich Foundation at the locations Im Tobel 2 and 4 (Langnau am Albis) and Tabletenstrasse 31 and 38 (Horgen). For the properties in Im Tobel 2 and 4 as well as Tabletenstrasse 31, the services include SIA phases 31 to 53 according to SIA 112 (2014). For the Tabletenstrasse 38 property, the services include the remaining partial services of phase 33 as well as phases 41 to 53. The order includes in particular overall management, architecture, civil engineering, HVAC and electrical planning including specialist coordination, building physics, fire protection and construction management. The SIA phases are triggered individually. The tender is carried out as an open procedure in accordance with IVöB and SIA regulations 144.
