Description:
Since the two sewage treatment plants, ARA Seez and ARA Walenstadt, need to be renovated and expanded due to their age and capacity in the next few years, the Seeztal wastewater association, which was founded at the beginning of 2024, intends to cover the catchment areas of the ARA Seez with the communities of Flums, Mels, Quarten and part of Walenstadt and the ARA Walenstadt at the site of today's ARA Seez and to build a new, future-oriented sewage treatment plant. This tender for the Walenstadt connection defines the planning and implementation of the project with a pumping station and storm overflow basin in Walenstadt and pressure line to the new sewage treatment plant as well as the dismantling of the Walenstadt ARA, which are required as a general planning mandate. Electrical planning services are excluded from this due to the interface to the ARA Seeztal project.
