The city of Thun plans the partial renovation of the Allmendingen Primarschulhaus.
The school complex is located in village 11 in 3608 Thun and is worth protecting (K-object).
2024 a preliminary project was developed for partial renovation. For the other phases 32 construction project up to 53 commissioning, the city is looking forWith the present tender, a planner team in the open procedure. The partial renovation includes the following measures:
* Refurbishment of all roof surfaces
* Replacement of all windows, under lights, fixed glazing and entrance doors (out of the main entrance)
* Repair of damage to the facade (visual masonry)
* Installation of a vertical lift
* Implementation of other small measures for an obstacle-free school system
* Coordination with the sub-project PV system (is created by Energie Thun AG).
