EPFL intends to acquire 2 sets of 8 ovens including 4 tubes for low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) processes and 4 atmospheric tubes for its MicroNanotechnologies Center (CMi). The evaluation will be based on the performance of processes, on the robustness of the equipment, ease of use/maintenance. Performance will be evaluated on deposition/growth uniformity, repeatability and process duration. The general requirements are: Main CPV: 38000000 Laboratory, optical and precision equipment (except glasses)
