The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to develop technical guidance and toolkits on data cyber security, confidentiality, and privacy when implementing and managing digital health systems implemented at the individual level (i.e., digital systems used for collecting and managing individual client/patient data) for Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) settings and audiences. These guidance documents should provide a framework for thinking about cybersecurity while be practical and applicable to specific use cases.See detailed Terms of Reference and bidding instructions under “Documents” below.
