• The HES-SO wants to develop the financial management application of the Oracle E-Business suite solution, currently used by the majority of its high schools, towards an Oracle ERP Cloud solution, for all of its high schools. This concerns the following essential services:
  *Configuration of the Oracle ERP Cloud solution (configuration, test, cleaning/migration data, third -party system integration, etc.);
  * Support for the project team during deployment (planning, change management, user training, etc.);
  * Support, technical maintenance andFunctional not supported by Oracle.
  The distribution of roles and responsibilities between HES-SO and the integrator concerning application maintenance not supported by Oracle will be specified in the specifications of the 2nd round of the call for tenders. It is specified that there isCurrently 185 active users.
