The canton of Lucerne intends to support an outpatient trauma center (Traz) for psycho-traumatological treatment of heavily traumatized refugees (victims or witnesses of war, torture and escape). Ensuring a high quality, specialized supply for a particularly vulnerable target group in the canton of Lucerne.
An annual, maximum financing support of CHF 0.5 million. this Financial support. Ensure structure, functionality and sustainable operation of the trauma center.
