Description:
This call for tenders consists of two lots.
Lot No1 - Catering service and catering of this tender concerns the complete management of the market encompassing production, marketing of foodstuffs and the provision of catering services on sites university. The offer must include the supply of meals at the price of CHF 5.- TTC, exclusively reserved for students registered with Unige. Particular attention must be paid to the quality of meals as well as to the sustainability of the practices implemented.
Lot No2 - Appliances Automatic for foodstuffs of this tender concerns the complete management of the market encompassing the operation, maintenance, maintenance, supply and after-sales service of distributors on university sites. This market includes the supply of drinks cold, hot drinks and cold food exclusively. The sale of fresh meat or fish, or foodstuffs that contain them, the sale of drinks containing alcohol, as well as the sale of drugs, are prohibited. The sale of tobacco or products products Tobacco assimilated is prohibited.
