Description:
Building automation includes the delivery and installation of a consistent building automation system at all three field levels (field level, automation level, building management system). For the control, regulation and monitoring of the building's technical systems An open system is required that enables a high level of flexibility and expandability. The control level should be set up on a virtual server. The virtual server must be created by the GA entrepreneur. The automation level is above Autonomous automation stations created in several switchgear combinations. The automation stations communicate via an on-site network. The field devices on the primary automation are mostly controlled conventionally. Exceptions are those Fire dampers, which are detected via Powerline. Room automation is achieved via central switchgear combinations. The room automation field devices are connected and read in via Modbus lines. At the FBH distributors and at the ULK Small room controllers are used. The room automation can also communicate with the automation stations and the building management system via an on-site network. Main CPV: 32400000 networks
