Description:
The operation includes interior transformation, renovation of the envelope, energy renovation and extension by raising the current old building (known as B20 or HPAA). This restructuring will make it possible to accommodate 3 entities: - The Addiction Medicine Service (SMA, 23 beds) which brings together CHUV services relating to the treatment of addictions, with and without substances (alcohol, drugs, medication, other psychotropic drugs, excessive gaming, cyberaddiction). - Two units of general adult psychiatry (PGE, 2 x 18 beds). - A secure rehabilitation establishment for adults (ERS, 19 beds) which will offer care to patients placed under therapeutic measures by a court. The building has already been the subject of of several successive studies. The energy standard to be respected is Minergie P ECO. The project will be developed in BIM.
