- WIPO is conducting a competitive solicitation process to select multiple providers to deliver Diplomacy Online and Tailored Training services, with the intention of establishing up to three (3) Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) per lot. The training aims to build on foundational diplomatic principles and equip staff with advanced negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication techniques, strategic protocol knowledge, and the ability to represent WIPO effectively in international forums. WIPO hereby invites your company to submit a bid in response to Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. RFX_753 - WIPOACAD/26/01920/RFQ.
