Description:
The PROSSIF Lot 13 contract is a renewal lot of the Tegna and Intragna stops. This contract includes civil engineering services - railway technology such as track renewal - safety systems - contact line - low voltage systems, which has as its objective the introduction of the semi-hourly cadence for regional trains between Intragna and Muralto as envisaged by the project to strengthen the FART offer, the operation of which has been approved by the Swiss parliament through the fund PROSSIF 2035 with the aim of improving the attractiveness of regional public transport. Furthermore, the adaptations will comply with the legislation on disabled people LDis, RS 151.3 which came into force on 1 January 2004. With the replacement of the rolling stock existing, FART is developing a strategy capable of guaranteeing access to the station and trains to all users, including people with motor disabilities.
