Description:
Between the service of the Courier of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (EDA) and 145 Swiss foreign representatives, the so -called service post is the official correspondence and/or for official use, average once a week in each Direction, promoted. The annual effort is approximately 15,851 programs with a total weight of 159,715 kg.
The EDA is looking for experienced and international forwarding companies that both the transports from Switzerland to representations and those in the opposite direction (Door - To - Door) carry out.
An overall offer for all 145 representations/destinations or a partial offer can be submitted. However, the partial offer must contain a total of at least 73 representations/destinations on 4 continents. The surcharge takes place per destination, each for both directions (import and export).
