- The subject of this tender is the procurement of an extension (hereinafter referred to as “system”) for Microsoft M365/SharePoint Online for use as a document and records management system (DRMS). Swissmedic already has Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online licenses, so a complete DRMS solution including Microsoft licenses will not be procured. The tender exclusively awards DRMS-specific extensions or configurations for SharePoint Online (subscription or purchase model) as well as services for conception, implementation, configuration, migration, support and maintenance over the entire contract term. The aim is to provide a scalable and integrated solution that enables efficient, secure and legally compliant management of documents and records.
